This place is amazing, I stopped to get some ice cream for me and my friend and got the best costumer service. it was the best, they always remember know your oder which is surprisingly outstanding for ice cream shops and all the people are so loving and the manager was so kind and caring he greets all the customers with a big smile 😊, very good manager. The team looks like a family all coordinated and caring and surprisingly very quick. The ice cream was good I got a banana split and the flavors were out of this world. Even though I got there after hours they were so loving that they attended me and still gave me the same quick customer service.Definitely coming back🥰

Stood at counter for 20 minutes & no one here to take or make an order. No signage stating someone would be back in 15 minutes or closed for the day. Definitely bad for customer service and or business practice!

Be careful! They automatically upgrade you to the next size and make you pay. Thankfully the people working here don't know how to scoop and they over serve the customers. It is very shady to order a small and get and pay for a medium.

I accidentally dropped my milkshake 2 minutes after I just paid for it (mind you it was my birthday today) I went back and asked them if they could remake my drink for me. The one kid told me I would have to pay for it and it wasn’t their fault I dropped my drink. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time & the fact that I already paid a decent price for a milkshake & had to waste my money was extremely upsetting and very dissatisfied by how I was treated.
