The food service workers were so kind and patient. We were a group of 9 people, late in the evening on a Friday. So we probably tested their patience during peak rush time.The ice cream itself was fantastic as always!

It is so sad that the ice cream is a very good product, it is not cheap but very good! The servers are awful and totally have NO understanding of customer service!Tonight with one customer in the store, I wanted a quart of Butter Pecan, there was an empty container on display and they refused to get another container from the back freezer and told me rudely to come back anytime tomorrow and get it! The street parking is difficult at best and I live an hour away but work in the City and despite consistent rude and disrespectful servers for years, still like the product.I do visit less, due to these totally disengaged and nasty servers with ONE exception of a very nice older lady who has been there for at least 5 years, who at one time had one of her children working there, but unfortunately I rarely see her working much anymore.I am sure the volume of goods sold at this location would greatly increase, if you hired nice friendly normal people who cared about the customers that pay their salaries yet hold on their nose and come in anyway to purchase a good product.I am a Long time customer, who is sick and tired of these people's poor work ethic and poor attitude, won't be back now until things change!!Ignore your teeth and your customers and both will eventually disappear!!!Mr Store: or Mrs. owner you lost sales of my quarts of ice cream and a good customer tonight, until things change. I know many others who totally agree with my assessment of most of your counter " HELP "

the ice cream is good, but do NOT get the cone. i ordered a small cone, vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles... how did it come up to $11. As soon as i left the shop it started melting (useless cone) and now my hand leg and pants are drenched with ice cream

Great convenience location for favorite ice cream treat- store on corner and walking distance to many hotels. Staff is friendly and helpful. Small store, not too many selections, but enough to satisfy your sweet tooth 🦷! There is movie theater 🎭 right next door to open soon. That will be perfect combination! 🥰🥰🥰
