We came in 5 minutes before closing and Albert was very pleasant and made great recommendations. He made our experience very wonderful and milkshakes were fantastic.Thank you Albert, and Managment is lucky to have such a great employee!!!

Me and my family love coming here. The team is always friendly. “Sergei” is the most lovely person and always very kind and patient with my son. My son love him a lot. Thank you for making us feel welcomed.

If you’re planning on ordering delivery from here, DON’T because apparently you’re not a real customer to them. I’m a food delivery driver, and I went in when Sergei was working. I waited until all people who were in the store before me had been served and then reminded him that I still needed help and that the order was easy, just two pints of ice cream. I had already waited 5 minutes. Then Sergei points to the 6 customers that walked in after me and said he could not help me because he had “real” customers in the store. I had to cancel the order which lost me money. In all my time driving delivery I’ve never been refused service. This was very disappointing.

I would say this is best experience with haggen Dazs I've get, Sergei( person who serve me) make a great job, and Isabella was smiling a lot, I've got for my self a Belgian milkshake, it was great (I recommend you guys) try it, it's great
