Honestly please support small businesses instead of these big corporations. Never have I ever been to an ice cream shop where they WEIGH the ice cream unlessYou are paying by weight like frozen yogurt spots. I guess they accidentally put a tad too much ice cream in and I kid you not, the employee took some out of the cup to make it the desirable weight. Both my kids eat like birds so I got one large cup so they can share and I asked the I guess manager for an extra small cup and with an attitude she said that we don’t do that here and then I said why not she said because it would cost her money to give you the cup, and I even offered to pay for the extra cup and she still did not. This is where stinginess and greediness shows really well to the customers by this corporation. Please avoid this greedy place at all costs!

It’s 12:16, hours of operation state they open at 12pm. When trying to open the door an angry old woman shouted very nasty that she WASNT OPEN.put a sign on the door… come say Hi and explain. No reason to be nasty. When we frequent this plaza we will take our business elsewhere. Maybe a nasty old lady shouldn’t be running it, or maybe she can’t open the door on time.**EDIT TO ADD- now reading all the terrible reviews i will HAPPILY take my business elsewhere.

Not a great first impression,You can tell ice cream scoops aren't regularly rinsed after use by how many flavors looked to be mixed into JUST the vanilla. Also poor ingredient management as there was no milk in the store at all so no milkshakes.

I tried to order through Uber Eats and my order got canceled due to out of stock. Then I edited it to get a new cake, and even though I was overseas, they tried to contact me. The replacement cake was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly nice. I can't thank them enough because this cake was so important to me.
