I visited the haagen dazs store #1341 yesterday evening. I arrived at 5:46 pm and was prepared to make an order. There was a couple in front of me doing tastings. I stood at the register waiting to place an order. There was a lady that just took an order and then proceeded to take their order. The guy dumping the trash came over to me and stated they were their last customer. I asked why we couldn't get an ice cream cone. He proceeded with an attitude to grab a cup (with the same gloves he used to dump the trash) and place the ice cream I wanted in the cup. He came back to the register (now without the glove) and I informed him that I wanted a cone and whatever my guest was getting. He placed an ice cream cone on top of the ice cream and once I tried to pick it up the cone was broke. I asked for another from the lady and she seemed frustrated as well. As soon as I paid (at 5:51pm) and walked away that cone fell off and broke. I live over 2 hours away and I travel to Northern Virginia and Maryland often. The experience and customer service I received was horrible and flat out disrespectful. I have never received any service like this from any other haagen dazs location. This was the absolute worst and the workers were not friendly or helpful at all.

Went there yesterday at around 230pm, and the lady working I thought was about to take my order but then she grabbed a mop and started mopping the entire front floor for about 4 mins with her back turned to me as if she didn't see me. I patiently waited because I thought maybe it was a big mess that she had made before I walked up. She then turns around to me and another lady and says that she can do everything else except for milk shakes which was what I wanted. Unacceptable service. She wasted my time.

The staff working when we stopped here was AMAZING !!!! Jennifer was very knowledgeable, and kind . Kylie was sweet , and friendly -she gave us great customer service and made sure all of our needs were met with a smile . They made our order and rang us up quickly and efficiently.
