Took a really long time for two milkshakes - 17 minutes. One employee disappeared as the other was the only employee on the floor. There was a line, as well. Milkshakes were mostly milk and VERY thin. Disappointed after spending $19.91 for two regular sized shakes. Definitely don’t recommend. Manager was just standing around; too.. Didn’t offer to help at all.

Very disappointed. Rude service. Last visit I ordered a fudge brownie sundae. It was pictured on the billboard. What I received was little brownie bites (saw them being opened up from a package). This time I ordered a dazzler, the regular size. It was totally off. Two tiny scoops of ice cream that didn’t even fill a cup up half way, and the rest of the cup was whip cream. There was no crushed Oreos in the cup as advertised nor was their any hot fudge syrup. I pointed out to the manager that something looked off about it. The cup wasn’t full and was missing ingredients. He was dismissive and said “we followed the directions.” Didn’t ask me how they can make it better or what they can do instead. Just ignored me. There’s a ring scale there too it seems like the manager forced employees to weigh what their serving and the employees look terrified. Seriously, save your money and make this stuff at home or go somewhere local like the Udder Bar where they actually care about your satisfaction and have integrity. Not worth it getting duped and receiving poor customer service.

Could've made the same thing at home for less.Upon looking at the receipt they charged me for a banana split instead of what I actually ordered.
