Hanna's Frosty Treats Introduce
hanna's frosty treats
Nestled in a friendly neighborhood of Buffalo, New York, Hanna's Frosty Treats is a local ice cream shop that has become a familiar name for many residents. This business is a classic example of a community-focused establishment, offering a variety of frozen delights that cater to different tastes. For people in North Buffalo, Kenmore, and the surrounding areas, it’s a go-to spot for a sweet treat on a sunny day or an evening out with the family. The shop’s presence on Taunton Place makes it a convenient and well-known landmark, providing a nostalgic ice cream stand experience that is a cherished part of the local summer culture.
The reputation of Hanna's Frosty Treats is built on a foundation of classic offerings and a neighborhood feel. Public reviews paint a picture of a business with both strengths and areas for improvement. On one hand, a satisfied customer praises the shop, saying, "Yummy soft serve with sundae’s big enough to be a meal! Staff was very friendly we went on a sunny April day and will be going again. Support your local shop." This review highlights the generous portion sizes, quality of the soft serve, and the friendly nature of the staff, all of which are strong indicators of a positive customer experience. It also emphasizes a sense of community pride, encouraging others to "support your local shop."
However, other feedback suggests a less consistent experience. Another customer reported a "terrible experience," stating they "didn’t even put my brownies on the second attempt" and eventually asked for a refund on a $13 order for a "bowl of vanilla soft serve." The customer’s complaint about a lack of attention to detail and a high price point for a simple order points to potential inconsistencies in service and order accuracy. While this review contrasts sharply with the positive one, both provide valuable information for locals. The shop's commitment to creating a great experience is clear in the positive feedback, but the negative review indicates that there may be variability in service, which is something for potential customers to be aware of.

April 23 · Shahzad JafriTerrible experience, I sent them an email too. First attempt wasted second attempt didn’t even try! Didn’t even put my brownies on the second attempt I had to wait in line just to ask him if he put the brownies in? I said just give me a refund $13 for a bowl of vanilla soft serve ?!
May 01 · Jessica RLoved this place so much we went twice during our trip to Buffalo. The soft serve is great (thick and creamy, not icy.) They only have vanilla, chocolate, and swirl, but with all the toppings and dips, there are a million options. They also do shakes and scooped ice cream too. Staff was so friendly helping us pick things out.

June 20 · Elisabeth HillGreat staff! Ice cream is good but it's really hit or miss when it comes to their flavors. Otherwise, it's a nice little place to get ice cream or a shake.
