★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Shout out to the staff who had us try out and sample all the ice cream flavors. They were all amazing, and I love that they're not too sweet. The flavor really comes through. I also love the variety of toppings, from all kinds of fruit to the sprinkles and drizzle! I'll definitely be back to try their other menu items
June 18 · Zeena WhayebI’m a little ticked off.Walking in I was excited, the presentation of the place was great, bright , colorful inviting! However I did not understand the menu, granted I was not taught Spanish at a young age, being in America I was taught primarily English.I love culture, I accept and admire ethnicity, my family immigrated to America from Italy. I have heard horror stories of how they were treated when they arrived here as citizens. I would never treat another human being with the disrespect my family endured trying to navigate in America. So I was open to trying ice cream in a new way.I realized early on there was a language barrier from another customer trying to order a milk shake. The only reason I stayed and attempted to order anything was because the woman alone behind the counter was doing a phenomenal job trying to understand and communicate, I give her a lot of credit! If I could rate her service based on the situation it was wonderful. She maintained calm and tried to understand. But who ever put her there on her own I think is a real jerk, there should have been someone there who could speak English and translate between us.The icecream was ok it was like 12 dollars for one banana split, and it was not a lot of ice cream. I think 12 dollars is ridiculous for what it was. I won’t go back.I wish them the best of luck, great job to the woman behind the counter doing a great job trying to communicate I give you a lot of credit for being so sweet and trying!!
June 12 · MarieI don’t usually leave reviews ever but the girls working in this place were sooo nice that I feel like it’s necessary! Ice cream city had so many delicious options and prices were very affordable. We were encouraged to sample menu items for free and ended up ordering a few things that we enjoyed thoroughly 😋💝 I am a very socially awkward person but the employees made me feel very comfortable. thanks!! 🍨
May 03 · charlotte sThis vibrant spot blends Mexican ice cream culture with creative presentation. The paletas are as colorful as they are flavorful, from hibiscus to cookies-and-cream. While more novelty than gourmet, the handmade charm and bold visual appeal make it a favorite for families and Instagrammers alike. Bonus: the signage is a vibe!
May 19 · Baydoun BaydounDo you want December in June located in Mexicantown? Have tequila ice cream, topped with coconut flakes😋. Don't speak English? No problem, bilingual with Spanish speakers too! Afraid of extra "things" getting in your food? No worries here because they kept their shop spotless. Looking for awesome customer service? Look no further, because this is the place 😁.
