I remember as a kid waiting for hours in the long line for their soft serve vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles... I made sure to go back to Joe's this last time I returned to my hometown of Fishkilll for a vacation in April 2025. I took my aunt there for the first time and she herself was amazed by how good the ice cream is. It has the best ice cream you have ever tasted. I wish they could ship to California, cause would be sending it my way every week.

The best place to go in town for soft serve ice cream. Flavor is great, not too sweet and creamy. Some of their foods are amazing. Their BLT are built like freaking a house its so big. Also their wraps are way on point. Their burgers are maybe their weakest meal but even those are super cheap. All in all you can't go wrong!
