June 02 · Xander CageVery slow, no menu yet and a bit unorganized still but the ice cream was tasty. They took out the picnic benches as well but there are a few seats on the side of the building. I believe its still a work in progress... I think they will pull it back together ;) Glad to see the return!
August 08 · Deborah WorkmanFinally opened, so I go. One group of 3 people waiting for their order. Could I get waited on? NO! It took all 3 to go make a cone. I waited 5 minutes and gave up. No wonder no one is there. I won't be either. I will be at FaRays getting quality ice cream and quality service.
June 05 · Dawn EscavageGood ice cream, customer service could be better. MADE A MISTAKE ON BILL AND INSTEAD OF LISTENING she just charged the improper amount. Didn't apologize and closed the window and I couldn't hear what was said. The girl who waited on me was new and she also tried to tell her and wouldn't let her make the adjusment.
July 22 · Jerri StimmelLooks much nicer now but portions are incredibly small. My 17 yr old grandson ordered a 2 scoop cone and received what looked to be a Baby cone. Honestly. He reminded them that he paid for a 2 scoop cone & was told "it's all there". I don't like to write negative reviews but owners need to supervise how product gets delivered at the windows so they build a strong repeat customer base.
