I bought their frozen treat which cost nearly$5. I don’t know what is it they should’ve done, but that frozen treat was not enjoyable. I don’t think I would go back and buy the frozen treat. However, they were very friendly and welcoming. and the atmosphere was also clean.

I come here often because it’s so close to my home and everytime their customer service sucks. Always have an attitude and like they hate their job. Which sucks when you pay 20$ for only two things. A quarter of my elote was filled with mayo at the bottom 🤢🤢 their chicharron prepardo is my go to here thou

That is sopoused to be a nutella crepe! I always put a note to my order “pleade spreaf the nutella all over the crepe before you fold it”. This is the result. That was the 3rd or 4rth time I ordered there, but never made a review before. They don’t even read the notes!

There was a woman who was working the night shift, around 8 I was ordering food however my two little sisters are on the autism spectrum, and yes i understand that sometimes people can get overwhelmed by their behavior but a worker there I didn't quite get her name shouted at my mother saying to pay up, first off my mother wouldn't leave without paying so that was disrespectful as hell. So I don't know what she(the worker) on about and then second of all why would you as an employer be blatantly rude to a customer?? Do they not care about behavior etiquette for the people who come here and visit? Hated the customer service. Disrespectful and ain't never coming here again if yall want friendly service go to another one.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service…. Huge lines, only one person taking orders… the only other person available was taking online orders which took 45 mins to do for only one order… they were out of everything, we waited 45 mins for absolutely nothing as they were out of what we wanted. Will never return! Horrible service!
