June 12 · Jose AguilarPoor customer service. They don't know what a gaspacho is.Place smells bad. They say they don't have the small cup sizes in order for them to sell the large ones
August 17 · Ruben AlvarezThis place is skimpy with the preparation of the food. The customer service is less than good. First and last time I will go. They do have a variety of items, but they need to prepare them properly and not cutting corners.
May 19 · Brian SanchezThis location is closer to where I live, so I decided why not try it. Staff is super slow and lack the knowledge of the prices. Our server had to call on pricing for our food. It's more expensive than other Michoacana stores and their food is not fresh. They brought a funnel cake out the freezer and simply pressed it on a panini maker (where they had also heated the hot dogs).
July 20 · EvelynRude and unprofessional. My children and I use to love this location, it’s two blocks from our house. Within the last couple of months the atmosphere has changed tremendously. We are no longer greeted with a hello or even smiles, I’m not sure why the change. But last week was my last straw. I order two agua frescas, as I handed my daughter one and she accidentally dropped it. The lady serving us instantly gave me attitude. My daughter sensed her attitude and felt really bad, I apologized to the lady but she just rushed over to clean it up and ignored us. I waited to see if she’d offer to make another one but that never happened. A new costumer came in and she began to wait on him. I asked if I could have another drink and she simply said NO. At that point I asked to speak with a manager and I received another NO. I saw a women in the back and tried to take to her but the women who served us blocked the door way. They then began to speak Spanish and told me in English that they can’t give their names out or their managers info. They then told me it’s policy that if something drops something they can not make another. This is not posted anywhere nor is there anything implemented to file a complaint. My point being is there’s a certain way to go about things.. there was no sympathy, zero customer service etc.. My family and Friends will no longer be going to this location. Thank goodness there’s pleanty of other locations.
