Phenomenal fresh ice cream! I didn’t think to take a photo of my order, because it was just so good! I got the Ferrero chocolate and some traditional cinnamon / banana type … the strawberry cheesecake was also excellent. Super sweet family run business. Highly recommend!

First time at La Michoacana -We were greeted as soon as we walked in and our order was taken.Nice clean ambiance of the store with all items in clear view so it’s easier to order.I ordered the Flaming Hot Cheetos ELOTE which tasted amazing!Definitely recommend this spot to all who are in the mood for great snacks.

Excellent ice cream parlor. They serve Mexican ice cream , yogurt, tortas, street snacks, drinks, chips, floats, and sherbet just to name a few items. It's owned by three sisters. The ice cream is creamy and home made. I think it's some of the best ice cream I have had. They have very unusual flavors. They have frozen ice cream bars they hand make. I highly recommend this place. It's a chain with many different owners that own various parlors. I find this was very clean and the customer service is great. My favorite flavors are coconut, pistachio, and chocolate Mexican hot chocolate ice creamEnjoy!

aw man..they broke my heart. only 3 stars cause they usually are good and friendly but man oh man..THIS TIME..i dealt with the young guy who works there. i showed up 15 min before close and he literally rushed me and my girlfriend. i was talking with the older woman and he literally interrupted and said “what else”..i just ignored him lol what a shame! on top of it the agua de maracuya(passion fruit) that my girlfriend ordered had a million seeds. the agua de fresa that i got tasted weird . hopefully it was a one off situation but ill NEVER deal with that kid again. im 31 but TYPICAL customer service from Gen Z smh. Go work at a warehouse if you dont like dealing with people kid smh

A person commented on rotten fruit. Maybe it's because she doesn't want to work. I arrived just shy of 11 am when I saw a red Ford Mustang pull in with a male driver and a female passenger. She glanced at me through tinted windows, turned to him, and they proceeded to back out and drove away. So, I went to a Delicatessen nearby called Schmaltz. As I left at 11:20 am, I still noticed no one had arrived in La Michoacanas. They don't honor the time that they advertise they're going to open. Their hours of operation is Tuesday at 11 am. If you go to one of these places, go to the one in Addison. They are 6 stars!
