Having been to other locations in the city, I was glad to see this location pop up only 5 minutes from me. I ordered a strawberry water and also a strawberry yogurt to go. They were placed in a cup holder which was then placed in an open plastic bag. The holders need to have a better grip for the size plastic cups, and also the yogurt was overflowing even with the lid. Subsequently, everything tipped over and spilled both in and out of the bag and on me. I went back inside and explained what had happened (yogurt was all over my pants), and the young lady apologized and remade the order. I was a little taken aback when she charged me again. That’s not good service. You guys need to do better.
