Milkcraft offers a curated yet innovative menu centered around their distinctive ice cream and unique serving vessels. Their primary services include:
- Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream: The core offering, where ice cream is made to order using food-grade liquid nitrogen. This process creates exceptionally small ice crystals, resulting in an incredibly smooth and creamy texture. Flavors are "chef-composed" and include popular options like "Blue Cookie Butter," "S'mores Campfire," "Milk & Cereal," "Vietnamese Coffee," "Strawberry Balsamic," "Sea Salted Caramel," and "Very Very Chocolate Cream." They also offer classic vanilla and chocolate.
- The Bubblecone®: Milkcraft's proprietary Hong Kong-style bubble waffle, made fresh to order and formed into a cone. This warm, fluffy, and slightly chewy waffle provides a unique and delicious counterpart to the cold, creamy ice cream. It's often highlighted as a "glorious" and "trusty sidekick" to the ice cream.
- Creamee Bun®: A unique ice cream sandwich made by stuffing a freshly baked, glazed donut with your choice of ice cream and hot-sealing it.

This scientific approach to ice cream making results in smaller ice crystals and a superior mouthfeel.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love Milkcraft! The ice cream is delicious. However, I wish they had more options. Also, every time we have gone has been on a weekend or weeknight. And there has only ever been one employee working. And some of the items like bubble cones take awhile to make. So it's very easy for a line to form.I recently got the blue cookie butter ice cream (I think thats what it was) and it was SO GOOD. Honestly better than I expected haha.
June 27 · Kaye Field⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I came to MilkCraft seeking ice cream, but I left with a life-changing experience. The moment I bit into that glorious bubble waffle, I swear I heard a choir of angels sing. It was like my taste buds won the lottery and threw a flavor party! The ice cream? Oh, it’s not just ice cream — it’s creamy, dreamy happiness in a scoop. I got the strawberry one, and every bite tasted like I was skipping through a field of joy, with a bubble waffle as my trusty sidekick. And can we talk about that drizzle? It was like the dessert gods said, “Let there be decadence!”Holding this creation made me feel like I had achieved the pinnacle of human innovation. If Elon Musk is aiming for Mars, MilkCraft has already landed on the dessert moon.Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Will I be back? Only every day in my dreams. Bravo, MilkCraft. Bravo.
March 20 · Abu-Rami YahyaWhile they were out of the sea salt and caramel (my first choice), I did settle on strawberry. Good ice cream but the soft waffle cone made me realize...the flavor of the ice cream was secondary to the delicious concoction I ate.
April 22 · Larry ManzThe ice cream at Milkcraft is excellent—super creamy, rich, and full of flavor. Definitely one of the best around and worth stopping by for a treat. That said, the bathroom was a real letdown. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while—definitely not just a day or two. I didn’t take any photos, but it felt like it had been weeks since anyone gave it a proper deep clean. It was honestly unpleasant to be in, and it made me wonder about overall hygiene standards.I really hope someone from the team sees this and takes it seriously. A clean bathroom matters, and it affects the whole experience. Please give it the attention it needs.
July 22 · Arnold AlinaUsually this ice cream shop is wonderful. Today was a terrible experience. Ice cream was left exposed melting in a cup unclaimed and the worker proceeded to throw it back into the main tub. When I asked to get the same flavor but not the melted scoop thrown in the middle I was met with an attitude and made to wait an additional 10 minutes out of spite despite there not being a line.
