★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Fantastic ice cream! The lavender and honey was delightful, not too overpowering on either flavor. We had the brownie Sunday, and the first brownie was a little dry/hard, so we went in to notify the employee and they immediately went to check on the brownies, giving us a new one without us asking about it. She had great customer service and treated both families in front of us (with small children) with a smile and patience.I wish the brownie could have been heated up, but regardless it all was delicious.
February 16 · M FI walked in and had no idea what to expect... When I tell you this ice cream was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and the mint chocolate chip was NOT green, which let me know this shop is not about the artificial flavors and colors and I can appreciate that. Definitely recommend
July 03 · Nik JonesThey’re back in business! Generous triple scoop was very worth powering through on. The peppermint stick flavor is especially nice, liberally sprinkled with candy cane bits
August 30 · Ben OwenIce cream is just ok. The whole store has this feeling like no one cares. The display freezers are used to store paper towels and empty boxes. The customer area is dirty and in disrepair. There is nowhere to sit, not that you’d want to linger anyway. I got a shake ($8!) which was full of ice chunks and the straw was so small I couldn’t get one drop through it, I had to go to a different shop to get a better straw. I have come several times hoping they would get their act together but each time it’s actually worse not better.
May 12 · Jason MInexperienced staff who weren’t too friendly and inviting and seemed confused. Employee gave me a cone with her bare hands, not with gloves. If you’re paying in cash, you need exact change too. Sorbet wasn’t that great either, and the scoops weren’t nicely scooped like we are used to in other ice cream shops. Overall disappointment.
