★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I came here 5/23/25 I had by far the worst experience ever. I had ordered salchipapas had about 3 fries and bit into one that tasted disgusting I had to spit it out. I wanted to see why it tasted so nasty and smelled the fry that I had bit into. It smelled like a dead rat. I immediately took it back to the counter and told one of the employees. She gave me $6 back and took the plate to the back. A different lady lady called me to the counter to apologize because she agreed it smelled like something dead was there. She told me she checked the rest of the fries and more of them had that same horrible smell. She said she didn't know how that could happen because the fries prior to going in the fryer were frozen and they had gotten them the week before from Costco. Not once was I offered water. I am certain they did not properly sterlized the fryers or tools they used for the fries. My chest was sore for two days from throwing up. I am glad I didn't get sick from the bacteria in those fries.
June 04 · Yarely GarciaWonderful place, the food and ice cream is so amazing. I only give four stars because of the long line, but other than that, they are definitely one of the best to go to.
March 16 · Angel RiveraVery friendly staff and a huge variety of ice creams. The only thing that challenged me was how to make right selection without knowing Spanish language. My safe choice that I always love is #Mangonada. That I was able to locate under #Vimpro by seeing the photos in the menu. You can also do snacking by ordering #cheesesticks.#Cicero #Chicago #icecream #icecreamlovers #travel #illinois
August 04 · The KhansTerrible ordering over the phone. Happens all the time. You call to order, they don’t even put you on hold, then they proceed to take your order then place you on another moments wait then take your order again. They don’t even notify you how long the wait is. During the phone call order you’re waiting 10 mins on the phone then another 15 to get it prepared, that’s a total of 25 mins. I might’ve just went to the store to get it and wait.
January 26 · juventino barraganGracias señora Martha for always taking order with love. Oreo ice cream is one of a kind 🔥🤤 they’re always busy but they always manage to move fast. Thank you 🍨
