★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We enjoyed both times we got ice cream here, lots of choices, the only down side was there was a young guy who handled my waffle cone start to finish with his bare hands, not utilizing napkins or anything, I noticed everyone was using bare hands so we will not be coming back
July 18 · Marissa BrentonThis ice cream shop is a must if you're in Pentwater. It's a fun atmosphere and the workers are really friendly. There are plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from. Plus, the ice cream is super tasty!!
July 29 · Jennie GScoopers and checkout (high school age) were friendly and kind. Adult/owners? were rude and not customer considerate. "Not Phil's Wife" was territorial between hot food and ice cream spaces; not allowing my grandchildren to sit on bench straddling the two areas. The gentleman approached a couple in their 70's, "if your party doesn't arrive in 10 minutes, you'll need to leave". I wouldn't give this business your hard earned money. Visit the other ice cream business..."Dari Creme". Pentwater is a great town to visit and doesn't deserve rude businesses. We are all customers deserving of appreciation and clearly not getting it. My family won't be back...ever.
July 16 · matthew eastburnI’ve been going here since I was 3 years old and was really disappointed stopping in on Memorial day. The prices are unreasonably high, the staff was pretty rude and for the most part just stood around while there was a line out the door. I asked for a side of sprinkles because my cone had hardly any on it and was denied. The place feels unfortunately very corporate and not much like the small town ice cream shop my family has known to love.
June 02 · Maddie FrimodigBlue lighting all over the place when you walk in, and it didn’t suit an ice cream shop very well. Apart from that, I like how this ice cream shop is right next to a lake. It was great. Some random lady also called out the names really weirdly to receive orders. Also, the ice cream was delicious. Had variety of options to choose, and it was good. I, got a good combo of salty and sweet, and my brother obviously got Superman. Such a child’s pick for ice cream. Would go here again for a sweet treat in Michigan!
