Scoop It Reviews
Awful service. I usually go to IT to enjoy my time . I ve decided to grab a coffee from Scoop IT. The young man behind the register was very disrespectful. He just ignored us while FaceTiming someone over the phone . He made our coffee while FaceTiming the whole time . After he was done, he leaned on the register to hide from the next customer. I felt bad for the lady that had a baby. I then said : You might want to put the phone down and pay attention to your customers. He then looked at me in a Mad way ... I wanted some cream. The ones they had was expired. I then asked to change my coffee cause the creamer they had on the counter was expired . He refused and said “ I don’t even think I can do that “ and then I replied with “ it’s not my fault that the cream is expired “ . I then went to the pizza place to ask for the manager . When he showed up and I told him about the incident, he replied with “ok”. Then I asked is that the service you provide to you customers. He then said do you want your money back . I said No, he then replied with “ thanks for the feedback “ and walked away without apologizing. I am more concerned about The expiration day on the cream. What if they make milkshakes and ice cream with expired milk. How about the hygiene. The guy had gloves while holding his phone for the 15 mins I was there . Rrrr . Awful!
February 22 · leila aliGood flavor selection. The cones were fresh which I appreciated. They let the kids do samples which is nice. Very friendly staff. This is a great treat after doing the ropes course.
September 11 · Bruce SeymourPretty awful. The job is more than scooping icecream and mumbling to customers. If you're going to have a digital menu there's really no reason is shouldn't be updated. That, along with not having the correct name plates in front of the right tubs... It's just lazy lazy lazy.
February 02 · Adam HarmonGood ice cream, mediocre service. The kids need to be closed to stop the tops of the tubs from melting and re-freezing into an odd and unpleasant texture.
February 16 · Sara VelasquezThe ice cream delicious in a great environment with Soaring, fountain featuring beautiful aquatic shows choreographed with music & lights.
August 07 · Krislyca
