Scoops Sweet Treats and More Introduce
Nestled in the heart of Wooster, Ohio, Scoops Sweet Treats and More has carved out a special place in the community as a go-to destination for delightful frozen desserts. This local establishment is not just another ice cream shop; it prides itself on offering homemade ice cream, a feature that immediately elevates the quality and appeal for Ohio residents who appreciate fresh, locally crafted products. While its name clearly highlights its sweet offerings, the "and More" part of its name suggests a broader menu, aiming to be a versatile spot for a quick bite or a satisfying treat.
The emphasis on "homemade ice cream" is a significant draw for Scoops Sweet Treats and More. In a market often dominated by large chains, a local shop dedicated to crafting its own ice cream speaks to a commitment to quality and a passion for flavor that resonates deeply with patrons. This focus on in-house production means that customers can often expect unique flavors and a freshness that is hard to replicate. As one pleased customer, visiting for a softball tournament, enthused, "Home-made ice cream! It was delicious!" This direct feedback underscores the quality that sets Scoops apart.
However, it's worth noting that while the ice cream receives high praise, experiences with other menu items can vary. One review mentioned a disappointing experience with a burger, indicating a "decline in quality" from previous visits. This suggests that while Scoops Sweet Treats and More excels in its namesake – the sweet treats – customers primarily visit and return for the ice cream and dessert offerings. This distinction is important for local users in Ohio, guiding them toward the establishment's core strengths and what truly makes it a beloved local spot for frozen delights.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It had been a few years since I last visited this place, and I remembered enjoying their burgers and ice cream. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a letdown. The burger was inedible — both the taste and appearance were unappetizing, which was a real surprise given my previous positive experiences. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in quality.
June 28 · Ayla DavisWe are in town for a softball tournament, and my daughter was craving ice cream! She didn't want the typical DQ and found this cute litter ice cream shop! Home-made ice cream! It was delicious!
July 07 · dseaman19Great little place to grab ice cream on the way home. There is a nice sitting area outside, but also tables and chairs inside. Public bathrooms are available. They have warm food and drinks as well. Ample parking.
May 24 · Tore André KlockWe stumbled upon this place when we were out for a drive. We will definitely be coming back!! The people were friendly, service was great and the icecream was incredible!! We got 2 double scoop waffle cones for $9. Huge scoops! Butter pecan and espresso bean coffee. There were over 3 dozen full choc covered coffee beans in my cone! Very impressed!
July 27 · Sandie StantonThis was a wonderful stop on a long country bike ride. Staff was super friendly and the food was delicious! They have both indoor and outdoor seating and all very clean. We had sandwiches and ice cream. We’ll definitely stopping again!
