★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I really loved their mango and strawberry cakes. I have tried cakes at many places but their cake was amazingly light and flavorful. They have beautifully renovated and brought this cute vibe. I loved it so much that I ended up ordering a cake for thanksgiving. A must try!!
November 23 · Puneet YadavIt was good . First timer . We had a few different flavors and we liked it . If I compare this with other ice creams , like cold stone - this was normal. Hence the 3 stars. Nothing too fancy about this place . Service was good .
March 01 · Raj SExcellent flavor and very delicious ice cream . This location is right in front of Cheesecake Factory entrance of Menlo mall. I was delightfully surprised when I recently ordered Sapota(Chikku) flavor ice cream here . Probably one of best flavored Sapota ice cream I had in Edison. Mango and Cotton candy ice cream too had unique flavor and they were awesome. per scoop it’s 2.99$ and I felt it was reasonably priced when considering quantity is pretty good. I would be definitely visiting this place in summer whenever we visit Menlo mall .
June 23 · dayananda shenoyIce cream was phenomenal. Very dissatisfied with customer service. Got a waffle cone with 3 scoops and a cup with 2. Prices on menu were $2.99 for one scoop, $4.99 for 2 scoops and $5.99 for 3 scoops. She charged me $16 and change. I paid it at first and even left a $2 tip. But as I sat there having paid over $18 and change for ice cream, I realized I was overcharged by roughly $5. I originally imagined she was going to charge me $5.99 for the waffle cone and $3.99 for the cup, plus tax.I was told the waffle cone is $1 extra in addition to being charged for 5 scoops (5*$2.99) It should have been $12.77 ($5.99+$4.99+$1)*6.625%=$12.77. She really owed me $5.23 back, but as I pointed this out to her, she started trying to justify the charge instead. After repeating to me the waffle cone was a dollar (that's not on their menu by the way) I told her I'd settle for a $4 refund instead. She offered me bottled water or more ice cream or perhaps something next time. I insisted on the cash refund, which was apparent that she didn't want to do, and what would appear to be her son came up to me and very rudely handed me $4 from his own pocket. It was clear from his demeanor and the way he addressed me that he wanted me to leave. I took the money and left. This is a prime example of a lack of customer service which seems to be the norm everywhere now. You charge random prices, blatantly ignoring your posted prices, get upset when people point it out, and then treat them like garbage. This is unfortunate for a place that seems to have such wonderful ice cream. However, I'm not coming back, and next time you walk in, double check what they're charging you.
October 10 · PETER FERRERVery pleasant experience. Very friendly employee & ice cream is delicious. The flavors are awesome and unique. The texture is smooth and creamy. I love that everything is made in house & fresh. He let me try so many flavors and all of them were yummy. I ended up ordering a Green Tea shake, and it was delicious! The prices aren't bad either, definitely cheaper than Haagan Das which is also located in the mall. Will be returning & I recommend it to everyone!
