THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. it took 30 minutes to order with no one in line. Just no one at the window to take the order. Then it took another 20 minutes to make the ice cream. We ordered 1 soft serve and 2 scoops of ice cream. Everything we ordered was already made and just needed to be assembled. There were multiple employees just sitting down on their phone and only 1 person barely working. An absolutely insane experience. - Lilyanne Lee
