★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. it took 30 minutes to order with no one in line. Just no one at the window to take the order. Then it took another 20 minutes to make the ice cream. We ordered 1 soft serve and 2 scoops of ice cream. Everything we ordered was already made and just needed to be assembled. There were multiple employees just sitting down on their phone and only 1 person barely working. An absolutely insane experience.
June 21 · Lilyanne LeeGood ice cream, but a bit on the expensive side, it’s over $7 for a “regular” size shake. It is entirely out doors and has limited seating areas. If your with friends it’s fun, and worry free but when looking for a place nearby this might not be it.
October 15 · Moses VidalService was extremely slow. I waited in line for like 45 minutes to request for a simple item. They could not bring two hotdogs within 10 minutes. And one small ice cream for 7.50 is a little overpriced. It was literally one scoop from what I observed from other people. If service was faster, I would probably like it
March 29 · Ashlee ZUnfortunately there’s no option for zero stars. Waited at least a half hour in line to order and then another 45 minutes to get four ice cream cones. Yes, that was all we ordered: four ice cream cones. 1 hour and 15 minutes total. Unbelievable. Pick someone else for your ice cream.
March 29 · Brad PenningtonIt is always a very good pleasure to come here to get something sweet 😋But there is something I don't understand. There was a line of maybe 7 people and only one girl to do everything. But I saw a couple of times some people were also working at this shop inside, doing stuff except helping her...I know they probably have other stuff to do, but when it's a rush or a big line, you can still give a little bit of help...But the girl did great !
