We stopped by Stio’s Water Ice & Ice Cream in Washington Township yesterday to get a quart of black cherry ice cream and were really disappointed with the portion size. When we asked if they could pack it down a bit to fit more in, we were told they aren’t allowed to do that. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. I’ve always wondered why there’s rarely a crowd there—now I understand why.

After living in Washington township for 6 years, last week I visited Stio's and I can't believe I waited so long! They carry my favorite ice cream flavor, graham cracker, and it's delicious! My daughter really enjoys the soft serve and the water ice too - we've been back twice since and will continue to be regulars!

I really like this place. The water ice and the custard are very good. Honestly the best around. Unfortunately the young people working there this summer haven’t gotten the customer service or gelati making techniques down just yet. The young man who served me today was very annoyed that I was there ordering. And he put so much custard in my gelati it was mostly ice cream. I don’t know it’s very unfortunate and I don’t hold it against the owners who are very nice.

i found a damn baby roach on a cherry that was on top of my boyfriends ice cream, that is utterly disgusting and shows that this shop has poor cleanliness. you couldn’t pay me enough money to ever go back to this ice cream shop after this experience.
