The store's rapid success, even in its early days, suggests that the Barboursville community was ready for a place like this—a place that offers both a delicious treat and a fantastic experience. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The Huntington Mall needed something like this, and I can tell its going to do very well. It been open less than a week and its already swarmed. No other place in the mall sells comics or allows you to paint pottery, and you can never have too many places to buy Funkos from. The store has a great presence that draws you in, its not just the 6ft Batman guarding the door. All the staff ive encountered upon my visit was friendly, welcoming and all had red capes. The really nice ice cream girl also pointed out all their ice creams display allergies just incase. This paticular spot has been empty since the Disney Store and Im glad to finally have a SuperHero Creamery here. I definitely recommend and will be back probably weekly.
December 26 · TheUglyDucklingTerrible and rude customer service. The soft-serve flavor i choose (Wookiee & Cream) dispensed chocolate ice cream. When I informed the employee, they told me it was the correct flavor. I told him it looked and tasted like regular chocolate. They shrugged their shoulders, did not offer a replacement and said “it just looks chocolate. Does that make sense?” In a condescending tone.Bad service. We won’t go back.
July 05 · AshleynmccloudI had a good experience. I was surprised as I didn't know it was here in the mall. We didn't get any ice-cream but looked around the whole place. It's amazing. I like the Batman and Darth Vader statues in the store, and the other figures and wide selection of comics. I bought two Hawk & Dove #1's and the girls who rung us up were super friendly as well. I plan on returning.
March 29 · Justin ReedThe employee was yelled at right in front of me about how much icecream she put in my float. Even if she was wrong I think it’s highly unprofessional to reprimand an employee in front of paying customers. It made me feel so awkward and if I hadn’t already paid I would have left.I was always taught that you waited until the customer left to correct any wrong behavior politely and in private. This interaction was not private or polite. And the man seemed really mean even when he was checking me out. Won’t be back if I see he is the one working. Also we got groot beer floats and the decal was coming off as we were handed them so not really worth the price.
March 19 · mai walkerWe went here after going to the Dave & Buster's, I got the cinnamon flavor (I forgot the name) as a milkshake. It was the best milkshake I've had in my life. I don't really write reviews for places but I just had to for this.
