This crepe are real good but there big problem is they should have more staff working the reason why it take too long for a single crepe more than 30 mnts for which is real bad they should improve on staff all the Spanish ladies does the best they can also it tooks me 35 mnts to place a order just bc don't have enough staff also when I ask the ladie who does work there what happen to the computer to place the order she literally told me she don't know what happen why the computer is not working . When she that's work there with a real bad actitud they also have to be more friendly and kind to the customer and smile

Whatever you do- DONT order the matcha tea it’s nasty 😭 idk what matcha bulk they use but it’s bitter and astringent and terrible color, also dumb of me to order. They forgot to make my dad’s ice cream and the service wasn’t great. The matcha milkshake is somewhat better, but still quite bitter and dry aftertaste. Really sad about my matcha :,(

Four stars for the product quality; Minus 3 for the service. My wife really likes their waffles and has specific preferences when ordering. Had an experience where one of the girls preparing her order was extremely rude and disrespectful simply because she didn’t like that my wife wanted condensed milk on her waffle.We’ve been frequent customers, unfortunately they’ve now lost us. ✌️
