First time going here used to drive by all the time back when it was just an ice cream truck. Customer service was fantastic. I'm so glad I stopped by. My favorite was the Blueberry Waffle Cone ice cream which is a seasonal flavor. Definitely will come back.

Wow! This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. There was one individual who truly went above and beyond in serving us, and she wouldn’t stop until we were completely satisfied. Her patience, professionalism, dedication, politeness, knowledge, understanding, and listening skills made our process so much simpler.She even shared with me that she has a sick mother in the hospital and can't spend as much time with her as she would like because she has to be at work. This is what I call a dedicated worker! Ms. Tracy, you made my granddaughter's and my first experience with this company a joyful one. I absolutely love this location! Orland Park tends to be frost bitten and lacks the quality of the original location in Beverly. They are so pleasant and I appreciate the excellent customer service of everyone I encounter when I bring my family here. My daughters love this ice cream and the GM here (I hate that I forget his name) is so pleasant and actually loves what he does. He works hard alongside his employees and it’s refreshing to see. We will be longtime customers of this location! Obsessed with the donuts too, if you’ve been curious just try them!!!

I had the opportunity to visit and met a friend and the order taker was friendly and professional. He quickly rang up our orders. The staff was busy and they worked hard to prepare the orders. The integrity of the product was the same that I grew up with, and the restaurant was spotless. I will be planning another visit while it is still warm in Illinois. The cones were delicious as ever!
