May 22 · James MitchellGood service, great ice cream (I forgot to take a pic). Ordered the Nacho Burger. I personally am not a big fan of the coney meat, but it was still a good meal! And I love that they brought out the ice cream first so that I didn't have to worry about filling up on food and not be able to finish dessert!
May 06 · Jaclyn WheelerThe wife and I went in here on a busy Saturday night so I could try their new Ultimate Date To Be Great Feast challenge. Scott, the new owner, was super accommodating even though they were slammed that night. The food was awesome, the atmosphere was really cool, and we will definitely be back as “regular” customers. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!
April 20 · Kyle Can EatHad family in town, wanted to show them the parlor. We walked in with a larger party there wasn’t enough room for us at the dining bars to sit together. So we asked if we could sit at the tables. We were told no. Fine that’s fair, they’re right I guess. Won’t be patronizing this business anymore, if they don’t want my money lol. Also just a tip for the new management, you’ll get more business if you accommodate your guests and empty your trash cans once in a while.*Update*There wasn’t 20 of us there was nine of us. We weren’t looking for crazy service, we understood it was late. We just were looking for a place to sit and eat ice cream. And it’s not just that we were told no it’s the manner in which we were told no. No explanation, not even a “we’re sorry.” Just “No.”. Seemed a little rude. Your response to my review reflects the same attitude of your employees. Good luck my guy.
July 19 · Jordan FrederickMy sister in law was very excited to come here & she got us excited too! The waitress was very nice, but seemed as if she was not real familiar with her job. It took a very long time to get our menus, then our drinks. We ordered food & ice cream for after. My son's got the cowboy burger & said it was good. My daughter got the olive burger & also said it was good. My chicken tenders were ok, the fries were not great. The pop all around was pretty watery. My daughter & my son ordered the same ice cream, yet my daughter's was like soup. The tables had not been wiped down. Also, they were out of a lot of incredients & it caused disappointment for a few of us. For $103.00 I would hope for better service. My sister & her family also had a similar experience. I know you are under new management & I hope it gets better. I do honestly think the prices need to be lowered. Everything is pretty expensive for what you get.
