★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Always a great experience here. I don't live in the area, and it had been too long since I last visited. A burger and sundae hot the spot. Nothing wrong with the burger, it gets me to the ice cream, which is why I walk through the door anyway. Sometimes I wonder what it would look like if the sundae builders made their sandwiches. Look at that sundae! Every time it looks like that, all wonderfully gooey and dripping. Beautiful. Lots of flavors of ice cream, multiple topping combinations, and I think the prices are very reasonable. I've never been there on the weekend, but it is never too busy to get a seat during the week.Great service and atmosphere. My family is now jealous and may think twice before turning down a trip to Zanesville next time.
April 26 · Robbie ScottDrove an hour to try this place, and it did not disappoint. It was busy but not overly busy. No one acknowledged us at the "please wait to be seated" sign, so we sat ourselves at the counter. Food and ice cream came out quick, despite it being a busy, warm summer weekend evening. We will definitely be back, and I'm already craving the marshmallow topping!
July 13 · AngelSo good. We live around two hours away and that’s for the best, because we would frequent this place way too often if we lived closer. Delicious ice cream, amazing toppings, and affordable food with an atmosphere frozen in time. Don’t miss it!
June 14 · Kathy RohrsAll the food they have there is great and high quality. The wait time for your food is almost nothing, they grilled cheese and waffle fries came very quickly and the sundae came while others at my table were still ordering. The candy is also very good. The atmosphere is great and you feel like you are back in time. I would recommend it and I would go again.
June 26 · Logan ShawThis is another stop on the Ohio Ice Cream Trail. We decided to have lunch here before we indulged in ice cream. I had a hot dog and onion rings and my husband had the Monte Cristo. Mine was typical, I didn't expect spectacular, but my husband was really looking forward to his. Unfortunately, it wasn't great. When it said served with strawberry jam he wasn't expecting the jam to be Smuckers out of the plastic single serve containers you find sitting on the table at Waffle House. The ice cream, however, was good. I had the Biscoff which tasted exactly like the cookies and there were cookie pieces in it. It could be the best flavor I've had! My husband had the Ooey Gooey Butter Cake and I liked it far more than he did. I thought there would be bits of cake, but there wasn't. It had nice butterscotch flavor ripples in it though. The portions are huge and the sundaes looked really good. Definitely something there for everyone. The service was fair, but to be fair, those girls were hoppin'. They were serving inside tables as well as outside. We were lucky enough to get a seat right away but there was soon a wait. The place was really cute. It is very vintage and we felt like we were at a place my parents would have visited when they were kids. There is a food counter, a candy and nut counter, and a large outdoor seating area. There are also vintage gliders where you can relax and watch the neighborhood while enjoying your treats.Final take for me is that I would go again and again for the ice cream, but will probably skip lunch.
