★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Cute shop inside Union Station. The staff were friendly and offered tastings of flavors to help us decide. They offer seasonal flavors in addition to their regular unique combinations. Their add on toppings are really good as well. I like the fact that they do not use disposable spoons for their tastings, and that they offer vegan options. They have a few seats for dine in.
April 15 · MarthaOn my way out of the station the bright lights and colors lured me in. In addition to the staff being friendly and encouraging to try what I'd like to make sure I made the right choice. The flavors were unique. I like the variety of Vegan friendly flavors for people. Although I did not indulge in those but did however buy a small cup of brown sugar cookie dough brownie. I sampled a few flavors which were delicious. I will certainly be coming back.
October 29 · Dannielle YelderLove the seasonal flavors and the fact that they use metal spoons for their samples. Check them out!
July 15 · Michael QuisaoThis location is bright airy and clean . It smelled heavenly as the young lady was making the waffle cones fresh. She was pleasant and answered my questions honestly. The level of of customer service I received what's top notch I made my purchase & boarded my train to my destination pleased. I would definitely revisit this location when in Union Station the vegan ice cream was wonderful, fresh, tasty and delicious.
September 01 · Miss TwentyFirst time actually going into a physical Van Leeuwen, for starters I love that they have vegan options as I’ve been vegan since 2016 and it’s not often that major businesses have vegan stuff but honestly I was left very disappointed. I sampled the Vegan Banana Pudding Fudge Swirl and didn’t like it, I asked the guy to give me a pint of the Vegan cookies & cream caramel swirl since I knew I loved that one (and so does my non vegan partner) as I have previously got it at a grocery store - I got all the way home to realize he gave me the Banana one. It’s so upsetting because I will definitely be trashing the ice cream neither myself nor my partner really like so much chocolate, and the flavor just doesn’t compare to the Cookies & Cream Caramel swirl (try it! you won’t regret it). I understand that it may have been a mistake that he didn’t understand me but it’s just disappointing when I specifically visited Union Station to get the Ice Cream since I haven’t seen it in grocery stores lately. The workers were nice for sure but this experience was not there for me. I even left a tip and didn’t realize I got the wrong stuff. Just make sure you pay attention to what is being scooped
