★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They give huge portions! It was four dollars for a single scoop and you could have definitely shared it! There was a lot of ice cream options! They are cash only though
July 10 · Abi LaJoiceI have only made my way here once before and it was later so I didn't have much to note, we actually made it during the day this time and wow!!! It's so beautiful there for one, right next to the water and the Northwoods passage. For two ,There was so many choices for ice cream I was almost overwhelmed but the girl that served me actually helped me choose in a way I didn't feel like I missed out and my goodness are the scoops generous!!! I got firecracker which is a special around for the holidays (like the 4th) it was strawberry ice cream with pop rocks and it was AMAZING. I won't lie I'm usually a person who sticks to my same flavors ( I was stuck between this one and my regular cotton candy ) but I'm so glad I was encouraged to try this flavor!! I look forward to going back and trying the many other flavors. We ate outside next to the beautiful gazebo and right away I noticed how clean the tables were and as we were eating they were cleaning up tables as people left. (That may seem insignificant since it's outdoor seating but anyone who goes to sit on a sticky bench will beg to differ) All around I was just super impressed. It is important to note it is CASH only no cards, so get some cash and head here because you won't be disappointed.
June 06 · sofeleciousBest ice cream in the Northwoods. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area. Even when I visited on a rainy evening there was a line waiting outside the door, but the staff keeps the line moving, so the line outside moved quickly. Flavors rotate, so picking out even one flavor is hard, unless you're a chocolate, strawberry or vanilla type of person. Had the blueberry waffle cone & the blueberry taste was wonderful, but not over the top. Other scoop was chocolate peanut butter, & loaded with lots of peanut butter. Vanilla shake was thick. Scoop size is well worth the price. Seating outside. No food served.
June 18 · Mary Beth EilbesGreat ice cream, and a spot to sit outside! The Dinner Mint and Lemon Cheesecake were great!A little frustrating that they're only cash, but easy enough if you know that ahead of time.
July 21 · Matthew SpeltzSuch great quality ice cream, always a treat getting ice cream here when we visit Tomahawk. Staff is very generous on their scoops! Also, don't be afraid to try a few flavors mixed together 🤩 Beautiful scenery as you enjoy your ice cream right next to Lake Nokomis.
