This location is terrible! Staff are rude and very unprofessional. I ordered online and said they never received the order and the staff assisting me was literally shouting at me like a kid! Instead of assisting me he turned his back and I was left standing.. not knowing what to do. These are stupid incompetent staff who should not be working on customer service related work. Ended going home, my card was charged even if no order was given to me.

I wanted to pick up a cake for the next day for my friend’s birthday, but when I went online, it wouldn’t let me choose a pick up date for the next day - only 48 hours out. So I called to see if they had anything else available to pick up and they told me I couldn’t order cakes ahead at all. Even though you can online, just for 48 hours later. So he said just come in, we have plenty of cakes. So I came in today to pick up the cake and first they said didn’t have any bags to put the cake in, even though they had at least 20 bags set up in the window empty. I pointed to them and said, “I can’t have that one?” And they said no, it won’t fit. Which, to my eyes, it would’ve, but I said okay, no big deal. Then, he charged me $44.99, but online the same cake was listed as $39.99. I brought this up and they said, “This is the larger size,” but the larger size online was $54.99 and was significantly larger. Like a sheet cake. So I brought this up and she said, “No this is a different size than those, we don’t have that one.” I said okay and bought the cake, $5 extra isn’t that much, but it really just felt weird? Maybe it’s a corporate issue with their prices not matching, but that should be fixed.
