Stopped on my way back to work after an AWFUL experience with another BR (Hartland) Both staff I talked to were friendly and happy, it was fast and fresh and made up for my melting ice cream disaster at the other location. I will definitely go out of my way to stop here in the future :)Thanks to the team working 4/24/25 around 12:15 or so!

Isn’t Baskin Robbin’s known for 31 flavors? They are literally ALWAYS out of so many flavors. Super disappointing.

Order was not made correctly and the location was out of a lot of flavors. I went through the drive-thru and the customer service specialist taking the order was not very friendly. It was over $16 for a shake and sundae, which was pretty small for a 2-scoop.

HelloOrdered ice cream 2 scoops butter pecan with chopped nuts in a cup. Waited 20 minutes via drive through. They tried to get me to pay twice. Got home and no chopped nuts but what was worse was a long hair in the bottom of the cup. My end of trips to Baskin Robbins.
