This location is amazing! I was looking for a soccer cake for my son’s championship celebration but they didn’t have any left. I asked the cashier if they had any in the back and they didn’t but she called the owner and the owner was gracious enough to make one for me. She took the time to ice it and then decorate it from scratch. My son loved it. It was the perfect cake to add to his celebration! I will not be getting any ice cream cakes at any other location. This one is definitely the best!

I bought an ice cream cake for a birthday party and am very disappointed with the result. The cake seemed very small for the box it came in and it looked flat compared to Carvel cakes available in the local grocery store. When we cut into the cake inside was a thin layer of vanilla ice cream, a thick layer of crunchies, and a very thin layer of chocolate ice cream as a base layer. All told the cake was about 2 1/2" thick. Not a good value for the money. We called the store and expressed disappointment with the cake and spoke with Chant, the store manager. We were told this store uses molds and there is nothing wrong with the cake. Every Carvel store uses molds but maybe Chant is using a smaller mold? He was adamant there was nothing to be done. His customer service skills are non existent and he was quite rude. Even if we wanted to return this cake it melted shortly after taking it out of the freezer so do we return a small bowl of melted ice cream? I have bought several Caravel ice cream cakes through the years but NEVER received anything as thin as this one. If you like paying big money for small cakes way overpriced, then this Carvel store is for you!!! If you prefer a properly proportioned Carvel ice cream cake with equal parts vanilla ice cream, crunchies, and chocolate ice cream, try Shoprite or Stop n Shop or another Carvel.

I just left the manor road store and came here. Although they both serve the same Carvel ice cream, the staff in this store is much more friendly and kind.

I called to order a cake for a family members birthday.All I wanted was a fudgie the whale cake with two layers of vanilla ice cream. I was told that they could not do this over the phone, I would have to come in person. I explained I am handicapped and don't drive and there was no exception. Poor customer service and there was no care or even consideration to helping in this circumstance.UPDATE: The Carvel down the road on Hylan Blvd was more then happy to help, very accommodating and even went out of their way to be nice about my experience with this Carvel, even though they certainly didnt have to say anything.

Delicious ice cream. A lot of varieties of ice cream. Every daydifferent promotions. Have his own parking.Their ice-cream really fresh. Inside and outside of the store is clean. Staff is polite and friendly.They also have birthday cakes and other kind of ice cream. The location is very convenient for cars.I like theirs ice-creams compare to other Carvel locations. Recommend to visit this place. Have a nice spending time :)
