PLEASE READ DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!I got a small ice cream and a medium ice cream. We were charged 17.80 . after saying we won’t pay 17 dollars for such a small amount of ice cream the owner then started to delete all of the extra charges they added and told us that they were doing us a favor they then charged us the correct amount carvel would normally charge. The owner then told us that the hard ice cream is more expensive … BY THE WAY … their hard ice cream? It’s just soft serve ice cream with toppings added on top. This place is a SCAM DO NOT GO!! We just had our ice cream and I had to throw it away, it was freezer burnt and disgusting. Not edible.

1st-of all the ice cream in the front looks old 🤮2nd I asked for a ice cream cone and wantedto see the difference for either a small waffle cone or a cone for my daughter, she was too busy to answer my question and pointed at the display of cones; 🗣️RUDE3rd the lady was going to charge me for a large ice cream that was barely large when I was obviously buying my 5 year old a soft serve with chocolate sprinkles nothing fancy.After she rings me up for a almost $8 soft serve, I asked her if that’s the cost for a kids cone. She then replies back with a no refund policy and that the ice cream is madeI then ask again if this is the cost for a kids ice cream, she said I didn’t ask for that. I’m like are you for real, you were too busy to even talk to me, you pointed at the cones and walked away to the back roomI thought I learned after my 1st bad experience buying a ice cream cake (she skimps out on ice cream so the cake looks smaller than normal) with this lady.Definitely not coming here ever again.Waste of money, terrible customer service!

Absolutely crap they serve. They have limited flavors all of them with 90% vanilla base.Even the vanilla flavor tastes like mud. Absolutely not worth going to this shop or brand.Avoid if you can and save money.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. They charge almost double and the cake is about half as thin! A complete rip off. The writing is horrible. Over $40 for a small cake that would be $20 at the shop rite next door. I made a mistake by going thinking I would get a better cake from the carvel store. Since it was last minute I didn't have time to get another one. Please avoid at all cost !!!!

This carvel is the worst I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this one.!! This Chinese old lady is a very rude, rush you to pay, makes it hard for you to pay to, gives very little ice cream the the enough amount of ice cream for the price being paid because where being overcharged.
