With the temperature at 84 degrees, an excellent day to eat ice cream, I loved the texture and the unmatched flavor for this heat, I recommend the strawberry vanilla, I loved it. The flavor of the season is coconut. I don't like coconut very much but the colors are for taste. The very familiar atmosphere and excellent service of the ladies who attended us.

Solid 4.8 rating! A busy Monday night (who knew at 7:15pm?), but the line moved real quick. I’m pretty sure they had five people working, all super friendly and efficient. The chocolate milkshakes here are the best anywhere, so that’s what draws me in. I’ve been coming to this place for over 60 years — NO, not kidding. Right next door to Frankie’s Hot Dog stand. My dad likes his soft serve and Flying Saucers. Few days ago, I was about to buy some and the girl working asked if I knew about the Monday Special — Buy One pack, get second at half price, so that’s just what we did today. If you’re anywhere in the Greater Waterbury area, this place is a MUST STOP!!

Used to be able to give this location 5 stars but in recent years this location has gone down. They don't greet you when you walk in the door and if busy you spend more time feeling like your being ignored. Today we walked in before a line formed and I was nice enough to let 1 family go ahead of me because we were undecided but once we figured out what we wanted we were told to go to back of line that had formed after we came in. We just left. In my opinion that is rude. So I we took a ride to watertown and went there. We will gladly go further away even if it means another town to be treated fairly. Sad part is when it was mentioned at the other marvel they said they are not surprised if it was the waterbury location. They hear the same complaint about this location constantly. Obviously need to fix something. Also having a line start away from your ice-cream options doesn't make sense

I visited with My Niece on the 30th to pickup My Great-Nephews Birthday cake. They have an outrageous selection of ice cream cakes, ice cream, and frozen goodies. The counter Lady was so nice and friendly, helpful and respectful. That young Lady needs a raise. Thanks again for the help, your service! Establishment was very clean and very well maintained!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
