I had the worst experience I ever had at a Cold Stone, and I've come here regularly. I understand it's the summer and there are teens working, but I have never been dumbfounded by responses and seen such carelessness with my order. I ordered the smallest size in a waffle bowl with 3 mixes. When it was handed to me at the register I looked down to see a dab of caramel, a sprinkle of chocolate chips, and half a piece of a graham cracker. All of which were not mixed-in, and the girl that took my order gave me a waffle bowl either with a broken bottom or just pushed the ice cream through it. I don't normally pay in cash but I did and there was no cash at that register so they were doing a lot of running around, completely disorganized, having to look for change for people. I asked for more chocolate chips and caramel since there was literally nothing in my ice cream, the girl finishing ringing me up waved a girl over and explained I wanted more so the girl held my cup and looked at me and asked "Why?". I said I didn't get enough pointing at the ice cream and picked up the waffle bowl to show that there was either no bottom or it was already punctured, and she said I had to pay for more than.I had waited 10 minutes in a long-line and I didn't want to argue or cause them anymore distress after all that time. When she came back my entire bowl of ice cream was drenched in caramel and a few more chocolate chips were added, and I didn't get another waffle bowl. I paid an extra $2 for something I already paid for and because they kept having to run around for change I didn't want to waste the time of other customers that were waiting to get back 10 cents; additionally, I never received a receipt, not offered one, and did not see one printed so I have no order or transaction #, or card information stored on the store's end to validate my purchase to ask for a refund.Kinda sucks splurge on ice cream on a hot summer Saturday night only to have teenagers with an attitude, and laziness to skimp my order... - Christine
