Their ice cream was way too sweet and more expensive than what it should have costed. The cashier did let me know I had birthday rewards but didn’t ask if I want to use that reward, so I spent extra $6 for no reasons. Service was meh and ice cream was not good. I can say that I have had better ice cream at other Cold Stone stores. The store owner has to care more if they want to attract and retain customers.

Visited 6/24/24. The two workers seemed like robot zombies. No facial expressions, barely any communication, no one was greeted, and they waited for customers to ask for help. I ordered the like it cake batter with heath bar. I couldn't taste the candy. It was mainly crumbs. I wish they had vanilla almond milk flavor:( It's ridiculous that you have to ask for a lid.

We were craving some real ice cream and made the trip down to Fredericksburg after reviewing some Yelp suggestions. We opted out of another ice cream place that was closer because of Covid related reviews (not adhering).Short and sweet is we're happy we went. SO GOOD and they are wearing masks and keeping customers spaced out. Staff was friendly and the results were two happy customers that wanted to take a nap after the encounter.

We enjoyed this location. It was not too busy we were in and out. Only issues were parking was a bit tight. We will be back

I am so glad they finally got one in Central Park. Love their ice cream and so does my family!!!! We both got a gotta love it and our son got I like it!!!
