We stopped in here for a couple of milkshakes and some ice cream tubs to go (pint size and 3 pints).Meredith was alone and there was a line but she took her time to ensure every customer was happy and she did an excellent job with service.I ordered a cake batter n shake and my wife ordered an o fudge shake. For our daughter we ordered the Barbie, all that glitters is pink ice cream, with cake mixed in, In a Kids size. We also ordered a chocolate devotion in pint size and three pints of Peanut butter cup perfection.To say this icecream is awesome is an understatement. The icecream is mixed in front of you on a cold stone, a stone that is refrigerated. It is overwhelmingly good and I can think of nothing in stores that comes close.The shakes were phenomenal and filling and the rewards program is nice too. If you spend enough you get discounts on future purchases. This is our new go to spot foe icecream and we highly recommend it!

PSA to the workers here- a build your own includes 1 free topping.I questioned why my like it total was 6.99 when it should’ve been 5.99, then the worker looked at me like I was stupid and said it’s a signature because it has a topping.No, a signature is one of the signature creations featured on the menu. Worker didn’t fix her mistake, ended up paying 7.28ish for something that should’ve been 5.99. PASS.

Huge shout out to Joe for coming in clutch and saving the day when I made the worst mistake! I accidentally put the wrong date for pick up (a whole week later than our party) so when my husband went to pick it up, it obviously wasn't ready. Joe was able to get things figured out to have the cake made tonight and picked up first thing in the morning...quite literally just in time for my son's 4th birthday party. Thanks to the crew at Cold Stone and thank you SO much Joe for literally saving my son's birthday party!!

Amazing service, I had to have a cake made 2 days before the due date and they were able to make it in time. Meredith gave me her personal phone number to get the design and everything set up. She was very helpful throughout everything and was very patient. The cake quality was amazing too and it was delicious!
