Favorite ice cream place ever. We don't have one in my hometown and when I came to visit WI drove the extra 20 min to come here. Still can't go wrong with the cake batter and sprinkle combo.

We walked in to this establishment finding no one behind the counter. If our heads were on straight, we should have left then! It took 5 minutes before the girl in the back room, sitting looking at her phone, decided to get up and help us. After choosing our flavors, this gal took the carton out and decided to take a spoonful of it, indeed right in front of us, before putting it in a cup!Now this is just the service. After spending what we did, we discovered the ice cream had chunks of ice in it. Not only was it filled with ice chips but the flavor profile was anything but quality.You won't get me near a Cold Stone after this experience!

I enjoyed the customer service as I always usually go in around 12 at noon. I’m always greeted by this employee. She’s super helpful and even recommends some of the popular options that they serve. Dariana is nothing but helpful and very accommodating with substitutions on some of their signature ice cream options. I didn’t know she was new until a week ago or so. She definitely knows how to provide good customer service.

It’s been a couple of years since we had last been in Cold Stone for ice cream, but stopped in today after we had Noodles. Max was wonderful! She was kind and patient with us as we mulled over flavors to try and decide on. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Girl was super nice! Spectacular service and definitely made an enjoyable time for my family to enjoy a nice treat. No way I couldn’t leave a nice tip. The young lady on March 3rd evening shift definitely deserves a complimentary pint on her next shift.
