Was surprised by the prices: single scoop ice cream in a cake cone: $7.20 with tax. I didn't realize they charged you extra for a basic cone. By comparison, Dairy Queen is $1.99, Chaps Ice Cream $5.50, Kohrs Brothers $4.50, Moo-thru $3.95

We stopped during the heatwave to cool down with some ice cream. The staff did okay making our creations, but the store was warmer than what we have experienced at other Cold Stone Creamery locations. Our ice cream was already melting and making a mess when we got it. I would say that keeping the store and seating area cooler would help.#OwlsTweet #BirdLife #worldtraveler

This is the 2nd time I have placed an order for a ready made cake online, only to drive 40 mins to Charlottesville, and be told my order was never pulled and the cake I ordered was no longer available. If my order was pulled when i placed it hours prior, the store staff should have reached out to me to let me know of the issue, so I could change the order or make other arrangements. This is not okay.All the cakes looked super sloppy and nothing like the photos on the website. The cakes cost way too much for the hassle incurred and subpar service. There are never any adults working in this location which seems unsafe to say the least. Very disappointed.

"B" is her name. Perhaps B for beautiful spirit and soul!!! The moment I walked in the door she greeted me with a big beautiful smile and said hello. Her excitement pulled me to try different ice creams and toppings. I could see that she enjoys her job. Today was my self-care me time, without my kiddos and B made my day by simply being the joyful butterfly that she is. She's an asset to this company. Thanks B!!!
