I just picked up a birthday cake for my husband and made the ten minute drive home. By the time I got home it was looking melty so I put it in the freezer for 40 min. When I pulled it out it had fallen apart. The cake was also very disheveled, uneven and lumpy. The green “frosting” left all us with green mouths and faces and tasted chemically. It was supposed to be peanut butter and we couldn’t taste it at all. There was broken up Reese’s cup on the top. The writing on top looked like the color wasn’t mixed in well. And the look of it was just terrible and disappointing.

It's been so long since I've had Coldstone! The Signature creations are out of this world! I had the birthday cake remix and I highly recommend it! Staff was very friendly as well!

the owner argued with us about our watered down shakes. this is the ONLY coldstone that makes their shakes into liquid form. it was literally like soup. ive been going to coldstone since i was a child and this isn't how theyre supposed to be made!its clear the owner is trying to cut costs by using less icecream and cookies/candy and use more milk. but what does that get you? unsatisfied customers and bad reviews.i wont return. the audacity of an owner who argues with customers when they are wrong is wild. take your money to a coldstone that deserves it!dont let their fake reviews fool you, this location wont be open long!

Ordered a birthday cake with redvelvet, cookie dough and chocolate chips with purple frosting and sprinkles and it was a major hit! All the kids loved it and asked for seconds, there was no leftovers.

Asked for a like it size but the older white dude working there started to give a larger one and gave attitude when I asked for the size that I asked for. Ended up scooping the extra I didn’t want into the trash before I left. I wish I had left before had taken it and paid because I ended up throwing it out and not eating it anyway. Wish I could get my money back.
