I picked a large strawberry cake from the freezer. I went home and let it thaw out for over an hour.The cake was so hard to cut. There was obvious freezer burn on the cake. The strawberries had ice crystals on them as well. I went back to return the cake because it was $39.99. They told me I didn't let the cake thaw out enough. They would not give me a refund and said I could pick another cake. I asked why would I want another cake if they first one was bad. She then admitted they had a power outage for 30 minutes yesterday for the freezer. Good to know they had a freezer malfunction and kept everything for sale.

Ordered a Cookie Dough Delirium ice cream cake for my daughter’s 17th birthday. It looked great when we picked it up, the associate asked me to leave a google review, agreed that I would. Got home, put it in the freezer until we’re ready to eat it. When we went to cut it, it was so easy…that’s because there was no ice cream…there was cake, cookie dough, and lots of whipped cream as the topping and where the ice cream should be…very disappointed!

Wow! What a welcoming experience. Firstly I was greeted as I walked in the door, smiles on everyone’s faces they even offered samples because I wasn’t sure what to get. They ensured my ice cream was made fast and fresh. I decided to tip them because of the welcoming environment and was asked if I wanted them to sing a song! The ice cream was delicious and I will be back many more times in the future. Best Coldstone near my home.

Absolutely blown away by my experience at Cold Stone for Mother’s Day! I stopped in to pick up a cake for my mom, and from the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel so welcome. they handed out menus for those in the back of the line so i could see the board better, The associates were not only incredibly friendly, but also impressively fast, they had my order ready to go, perfectly packaged and beautifully presented. Their professionalism stood out just as much as their upbeat attitude. The cake itself? gorgeous, fresh, and delicious. Cold Stone made this Mother’s Day extra special, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!

Ice cream and mixing are outstanding, love it.Had a waffle bowl today. It was quite stale, unpleasant. Probably stay after from the waffle items.Lobby seems to be a priority to keep clean, which is excellent!
