Awful!! Paid for a gotta have it and it ended up being a love it. You could clearly see the difference compared to all the others. Consistency is definitely needed at the Springtown Ohio location. Don’t recommend this location to anyone bringing the family here. The boy that made it didn’t have very good customer service either. He was laughing when the girl that made all the others mentioned it to him.

They scammed me I ordered a like it size and they charged us for a love it size. Come to find out they put a like it size in the love it size cup. They made me pay extra for no reason

My wife & I always order a Coldstone cake for our birthdays. They were so delicious in the past. The problem is now the price has gone up for the 8 inch cake which is the large to $36.99. We understand costs have gone up but the height and width of the cake has drastically shrunk down. I just bought a cake this past week for my wife’s birthday and now the amount of ice cream and ganache has also been cut in half. The photo on the website is false advertisement when it shows the old amount and size of the cake. Very disappointed and won’t be back unless they go back to the original portion that we used to receive. I wrote corporate and I am awaiting their response.

This a mediocre place.. Workers were nice but the inside of the store was dirty. Our portions were really small but it’s still good ice cream. Apparently Cold Stone hasn’t changed the inside of their stores since they were founded 😂

The absolute best life cream.I've ever eaten in my life hands down.I'm an ice cream fanatic this place.It's realized not that s***If you leave it sip for 5 minutes.It looks like phone just saying awesome.Very friendly.Customer service out of this world.Highly recommend highly recommend.
