Today was my worst experience with cold stone ever. They are normally very good. Today was sooooo bad. We tried to order delivery off the website. It wouldn't allow us to proceed because we couldn't choose which bowl we wanted. Then we went to doordash, which forced us to add a kids cone for 59 cents onto each order. We finally got our order after the dasher said they were at the store waiting on the order for 20 minutes. We were missing one of the ice cream and the cones completely. All the rest of the ice cream was melted, and none of the mix ins were even mixed in. This was completely unacceptable. If I could give a zero star I would...

Tonight i ordered on DoorDash and i called the store and asked them to lightly mix in my toppings because it wasn’t an option on DoorDash but they were more than willing to do that for me! It was perfectly mixed in and it was just the right amount of toppings. Excellent

Ignore my horrible camera work! It’s cold stone so the ice cream is always great! This post is more about the staff! Bottom line if I’m ever hiring I’m coming back here and offering both of the young ladies a job. I didn’t get their names but today is 4/23 (Sunday) @ 3:26. The pride in their work is noticeable. The customer service is to a level that any company would be lucky to have them. I watch her build rapport with everyone including myself. She held small conversations while serving customers that went a long way. My daughter said she can tell the young lady loves her job and putting a smile on people’s faces. I regret not getting her name because she deserves recognition. Great job! I’m sure didn’t even realize how many people she made smile today, myself included!
