Decided to eat ice cream here with my wife today. Normally I like coming to cold stone but today was bad experience. Pecans in our ice cream were bad and tasted horrible. Asked the worker to make new creation without pecans. Answer: we had many complains about pecans and we also tasted and it’s bad. However they are not expired so we can not exchange.
