★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Good variety of ice cream options here 🍦Not so many parking spots available since all the businesses share the main lot, but whatever because it's free :)I got a dirt cup and my girlfriend got a cookie dough scoop. The upstairs area was closed and I didn't get to explore it.Good place for ice cream, they just get a little busy sometimes.
May 05 · N/AI had a Sunday and it was DELICIOUS! HOWEVER, I also purchased a pint of dairy free ice cream, and it had gone bad. Their freezers were not working and they relocated the pints, so my guess is that during that transition some went bad and I got one. I called to tell them what happened and their reaction was less than helpful! Very disappointing!
June 16 · Karina WilsonThis was recommended to me by everyone who had been to Lexington, and I was so underwhelmed. The parking situation here on weekends is awful. In my opinion, the ice cream here is good but so overpriced. I had the bourbon sundae and it was okay. All the chocolate was hardened at the bottom of the cup u see the ice cream and difficult to eat. The most puzzling part was the “Photo Booth” was a small closet with blank walls full of past visitors signatures. I expected something fun and cute since there is so much beautiful chalk art inside and ice cream art outside. All in all, I would not come back 🤷🏽♀️
March 01 · Emily MacArthurWhile the ice cream was decent, and that was about the only positive, the service and atmosphere was absolutely terrible. Went on a Saturday around 830p, Parking was TERRIBLE, go prepared. The line wasn't very long at first but there was steady traffic as we got to the front.First, they barely had anything available on the menu. There were note cards taped over half the menu! They did have pints of some of the sold out flavors but they were $10 and we didn't need that much! But for a kid friendly flavor, it's what we had to do.You would think they would have plenty in stock and be prepared for a weekend! As We tried to navigate the ice cream flavors for the kids, The servers rushed us through. My wife was so frustrated and didn't have time to choose herself because of this. Atmosphere was definitely not kid friendly as it became chaotic. So I went with a specialty sundae, the s'mores barrel or whatever. The specialty sundaes (alcoholic included) ALSO had to be made with other ingredients. It looked nothing like some of the photos you see. They had to use different ice cream, the large toasted marshmallows you see in some pics ended up small marshmallows the server quickly ran a flame across only because I asked if they were out of them.I guess catch them when they have flavors and it isn't chaotic, maybe you'll have a better experience? Idk.But what we thought was going to be a fun trip to get ice cream became a disappointment 😞.
May 17 · B “Decal Commander” TThey do have excellent ice cream, and they always seem to have two plant-based options which is great for vegans! However parking is absolutely terrible any ice cream is a bit pricey. The staff is always very helpful tooI just want to add to what the person said about the photo booth. When they first opened there were props, but I'm going to say they were carried off or destroyed by less than stellar patrons.Kernal approved: 5/ 🥦🥦🥦🥦
