Bad service. The cashier was so rude. I pretty sure her name was hade since she had a golden necklace that said that but more details is that she’s blonde with spider lashes that’s in her late teens or early twenty’s. This lady was so inpatient and couldn’t control her face and attitude. idk if she just has a RBF or is just rude. The one star goes to the ice cream that came out pretty good.

Terrible DQ and it’s been that way since moving back by the theater. The ice cream is always half melted no matter how busy it is or time of year. It’s comical DQ has signs about the upside down test of its free. There’s no way anything will pass DQ’s upside down quality standard. Moreover, the entire staff is consistently barely trained newbies and there’s no experienced person providing “adult” supervision. I typically go out of my way to drive to DQs in adjacent towns rather than accept melted ice cream.

A very young, rude and unprofessional staff. I can't over emphasize rude. I've been there a dozen times, always order to go. Rarely received the right order.No adult supervision ever. It's a shame. I live in town and prefer to drive to the Emerson Dairy Queen.So much better there.

First of all you have young kids running your store. And second you tell me you have NO HOT FUDGE?? Like how does an ice cream shop not have hot fudge? I waited about 8 minutes for an $8.32 peanut buster parfait .They tell me they don't have any hot fudge and is it okay if we give me cold fudge. I'm like well I guess if it's similar to chocolate syrup then that would work. But obviously not.This was awful. There were barely any peanuts in it and of course the cold fudge was like big chunks in my cup. And when I asked why don't you guys have hot fudge? I was told that it's an ordering problem. Usually you put fudge in a container to wear it warms up.. I think this is atrocious that I have to spend $8.32 which is not cheap with the times we're in right now. I think it's atrocious. Maybe you should talk to your workers. I even emailed the owner of this specific store and i received no response. And stop letting young kids run it. And it wasn't busy at all. So there's no excuse for it. I feel sorry for the people that have to come in for the next two three hours that you're open and they don't have hot fudge for anybody. It's a pretty common thing to have in an ice cream store. And hopefully you'll be reading this.
