Very rude we came in around 7 on the 11th ofJune there was the car show going on butNo line inside to order. We ordered 4 milkshakes a skinny blonde took our order. Her mother came in AFTER US and got her sundae before us we legit waited 15 minutes for our shakes. We will NOT be going back. And we’re north Jackson residents. DO BETTER.

I've been a D.Q. fan & will remain so, but sometimes the flavors aren't consistent. And there is the occasional blizzard that also has zero flavor, cept' for the m & m bits or whatever added treat you want. {Just had to add the Heath Brownie Caramel Cupfection was PERFECTION, Rich, decadent loaded with caramel and brownie bits I couldn't finish eating it a must try for anybody who loves anything sweet! 5*****'s}

Bunch of 16 yr olds not paying attention and when I asked to speak to manager one of them came to window. Can't call said user busy so the owner must be busy not to take direct customer feedback. So when they remade my order they put one table spoon of hot fudge on and taught me the customer a lesson. So if u own north Jackson Dairy Queen check your fb messanger. I'm trying to reach out and let u know who cares about your company when ur not there. A sundae. And couldn't make me happy and had to teach me a lesson with one tablespoon of fudge. Eric would never allow that. I'm a simple customer asking for a simple thing. But your teens all laughing and head down as I explain and the sundae was remade shows the inexperience of the owner teaching them how to act.
