I admit they've never made my order wrong but they aren't exactly friendly most of the time either. They lock the doors at least an hour before closing time, they did respond to the drive thru but there was no sign on the door indicating you can still use the drive thru. Probably because they're under paid and want to get home and you know what I can't blame the workers for that, only the company. Odd it's still a "treat" only location too. Go a couple of miles south to Mike's Dairy Bar, better quality and local (I have no affiliation).

This one sucks, sry, but second time different day I tryed getting something around 9pm, they are sapose to be open till 10 and doors are locked. Won’t be back a 3rd.

The Ice Cream is great! Service however could use some work. My 1st time in there the Manager had a new person in there who clearly wanted to help. As they weren't that busy, I couldn't understand why she wasn't training him or talking to him or showing him anything! I've been in the store and through the drive through... Both interactions were the same. Not friendly, barely communicating at the drive thru and not at all happy or hospitable. On a better note... The young lady at the window who handed me my ice cream was fast, courteous and did smile! Maybe she should be the Manager.
