★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Ordered a strawberry cheesecake chocolate blizzard and I got Vanilla ice cream with 2pieces of cheesecake. Teenagers working there who have no clue what they are doing. Saw an adult who was too busy on her phone to pay attention. Never will go there again
June 14 · Bonnie MowerMy daughter and I visited this evening. We were very disappointed to find that on a summer evening at 8:30 pm, there were only 2 employees there. For the longest time, there was only one young lady helping customers, not sure what the other young lady was. The store closes at 9 and the line was out the doors. Also, it seems as though the store was “OUT” of a lot of things on the menu.Very bad customer service.
June 24 · K.A. MWhat’s up this place? You never know what you’re gonna get. I’m so disappointed with my blizzard. There is way too much topping in there I can’t even enjoy the ice cream at all. What a waste. And I found a hair in it.
June 16 · Erica EngelhardtTime to shut this location down to preserve the DQ brand. It looks dinky with post-it notes marking which items are out of stock (indefinitely). When you first walk in, you enter into an overly lit area with bright white light. Before I reviewed the flavours, zoomerbraces did not even say hello back to me. The location is not compliant with DQ Mobile App Ordering/Rewards (one of the BEST in the biz).Lastly, when my Blizzard was presented to me, it was not served upside-down. UGH!
March 14 · Jhuan [Jon] MinNice Service. All the food was good. Would go back. I highly recommend. Thank you for your business.
